Job Description: Property Manager

Responsible for the daily operations on property

supervising leasing, maintenance and housekeeping staff

coordinating upkeep of the physical property assets

maintain optimum occupancy

Maintain high standards of customer service

Supervise monthly and daily accounting, collect income & control expenses

Coordinate marketing per property

Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise maintenance personnel

Coordinate and complete service requests in a timely manner.

Coordinate upkeep and improvement of physical property assets

Assure excellent standards of customer service

Job Description: Leasing Agent

Leasing apartment homes, setting show appointments and follow up with prospects

Prepare leasing documents, implement resident move in and move out procedures

Perform daily tasks as assigned by property manager

Job Description: Maintenance Technician

Perform maintenance functions as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Assist in maintaining physical property upkeep and improvement

Provide excellent customer service

Job Description: Groundskeeper

Keeping the physical grounds in optimum condition regarding lawn care, shrubbery, pool area, parking areas etc. as needed

Job Description: Housekeeper

Clean vacant apartments in a timely and efficient manner

Clean common areas on a routine basis

Perform duties as assigned by Property Manager
